Red Barn On October 26, 2017, I had the opportunity to meet the owners, Will and his wife. They talked to us about the culinary industry and how it brings so much joy. Yes it's very difficult, but it's all worth it when you are getting paid for what you love doing. Right? They are usually available at the Waimea Farmers Market, every Wednesday and Saturday. If you're out there, stop by and try their ono sandwiches. The picture above is their typical menu. Its pretty specific and lists the ingredients for each of their sandwiches. Plus they love to incorporate local products, so yes it's always great when we're eating locally grown foods. On this platter, I have the Frenchman, Purple Pig Sandwich, and the Green Garden.      Hey!      My name is Larrianne Daine Lagpacan but that's too long and most people say it incorrectly, just call me Daine which is very simple and easy.
